    Renovations and repairs to existing building and an above and below grade multi-tier parking structure at 50 Farmington as well as a twelve story office building with 287,000 square feet set atop a four story parking structure at 55 Farmington Avenue. Existing 12 story 287,000 SF office building and parking garages to be upgraded and renovated for new State of Connecticut employees. Scope includes new data center, 911 emergency center, renovated elevators, interior finishes, lighting, HVAC and electrical. Project consists of renovations and repairs to State Office building and parking garages at 50-55 Farmington Avenue, an above and below grade multi-tier parking structure and twelve story office building with 287,000 square feet set atop a four story parking structure. Extensive core and shell renovations and mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection improvement and upgrades. Also included are complete roof replacement, exterior panel joint repair, elevator modernization, new main lobby entry, and a new cooling tower. Interior tenant work consists of office renovations to accommodate incoming State of Connecticut agencies and their employees. All office areas required alterations to interior partitions, ceilings, floors, and furnishings. Office areas were upgraded to meet ADA requirements. Parking structure rehabilitation included parking deck repairs, elevator modernization, new lighting installation, expansion and control joint replacement, traffic deck coatings, and structural repairs as required.
