    The Lincoln Park Academy replacement project consisted of demolition of existing buildings 1-9, 11-13, 15-20, 24 and 27, the new construction of a 66,464 sf 2-story LEED Silver classroom building, a new 33,600 sf LEED Certified cafeteria building, sitework and landscaping. The construction took place on a 6th -12th grade campus that remained occupied and fully-functional throughout construction. This project also required a complete replacement of the existing chiller building and system with a new LEED Certified Ice Storage Plant with Glycol Management which supported the new buildings as well as the existing high school. The new plant had to be integrated into the existing chilled that serviced the existing AHU while the campus remained operational.
