FLORIDA ATLANTIC UNIVERSITY CONTINUING SERVICES CONTRACT
This 1-year continuing services contract has been awarded to the Morganti Group to service all 6 FAU campuses needs.

ST. LUCIE COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOLS CONTINUING SERVICES CONTRACT

This multi-year continuing services contract was originally awarded to the Morganti Group as a 2-year contract but due to performance has been extended another 2 years.

HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOLS CONTINUING SERVICES CONTRACT
The Morganti Group has been awarded this 2-year Continuing Services Contract to act as a Contractor for the school district handling any renovation, addition or repair to the facilities within this District.

ELEMENTARY SCHOOL A
The Morganti Group has been awarded this 110,000sf Harvard Jolly prototype elementary school project previously constructed by Morganti and Harvard Jolly at JD Parker Elementary in Stuart, FL. This project consists of erecting a new 2-story elementary school and ancillary site work.

MURRAY MIDDLE SCHOOL PHASE II
The Morganti Group has been awarded this multi-phased Murray Middle School project consisting of the construction, remodel and renovation of school facilities as needed to provide current code compliance and meet the requirements of the Martin County Schools Facility list. The first phase consisted of the construction of a new cafeteria, while second phase includes the addition of a new 50,000sf Classroom Building.

RODGERS MIDDLE SCHOOL CLASSROOM BUILDING ADDITION
The Morganti Group has been awarded this 10 classroom 13,687sf addition to an existing occupied site. Each classroom building is designed to relieve overcrowding and ensure compliance with the criteria established by the Class Size Reduction Amendment to the state constitution.

RIVERVIEW HIGH SCHOOL CLASSROOM BUILDING ADDITION
The Morganti Group has been awarded this 24 classroom 27,374sf addition to an existing occupied site. Each classroom building is designed to relieve overcrowding and ensure compliance with the criteria established by the Class Size Reduction Amendment to the state constitution.

COLLINS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL CLASSROOM BUILDING ADDITION
The Morganti Group has been awarded this 10 classroom 11,406sf addition to an existing occupied site. Each classroom building is designed to relieve overcrowding and ensure compliance with the criteria established by the Class Size Reduction Amendment to the state constitution.

SUMMERFIELD ELEMENTARY SCHOOL CLASSROOM BUILDING ADDITION
The Morganti Group has been awarded this 12 classroom 13,687sf addition to an existing occupied site. Each classroom building is designed to relieve overcrowding and ensure compliance with the criteria established by the Class Size Reduction Amendment to the state constitution.

KIRBY MIDDLE SCHOOL
The project consists of the Construction Management at Risk for the new single story replacement school, consisting of approximately 104,000 SF with 36-Classrooms, Science laboratories, Lecture Hall and Administration areas; related site paving consisting of approximately 120,000 SF of concrete paving, two storm water detention ponds, the demolition of the existing two story middle school and the renovations to the existing Cafetorium Building, Gymnasium and Classroom Buildings. The Existing two story building (occupied) will be demolished after the Owner moves into the new building.

HIGHLANDS JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL
The project consists of the phased construction of a new one level 170,000 SF building with 140,000 SF of concrete paving. The building has a separate wing for each of the three middle school grades, each with its own science laboratory facilities. The 646 seat auditorium is complimented by a complete art, drama and music wing and includes theatrical lighting, rigging and audio-visual systems, acoustical shells, portable stage equipment and a black box drama room. A separate practice and a competition gymnasium with locker rooms, and a food service facility compliment this building. The interior of the facility consists of 38-classrooms, 6-labs, a library and administration wing.

KAYNOR REGIONAL VOTECH HIGH SCHOOL
The Morganti Group has recently been awarded the Modernization of Kaynor Regional VoTech School. This new school will encompass the latest technology has to offer in each division of Vocational Education: Automotive Technologies, Manufacturing Technologies, Fashion Technologies, Hairdressing/Barbering, Auto Body Repair, Electrical, Cosmetology, Carpentry, Electronics, Machine Drafting, Plumbing/Heating, Cooperative Work Experience.

BROOKFIELD HIGH SCHOOL
This project consists of a new 52,000sf state-of-the-art Science Wing with 12 classrooms and labs, as well as, the renovation of approximately 20,000sf to the existing facility.

BETHEL HIGH SCHOOL
The renovation/addition of Bethel High School will include the construction of a new gymnasium capable of handling the entire student body. This facility doubles as a large assembly hall and recreational building and house a wrestling room, weight room, band room and much needed storage and locker room facilities. This planned facility adds 3 new recreational spaces for both the school and the Park & Recreation Department and will be used by children of all ages, as well as, town citizens. In addition to the Gym a new cafeteria seating 450 students will be added, technical education classrooms will replace the existing garage, a new Library constructed and Science labs and Classrooms renovated.

NEWTOWN HIGH SCHOOL
Originally built in 1970 and expanded in 1997 to accommodate a population of 1,125 students, Newtown High School required further expansion in 2007 to meet an increase in population to 2,022 students. As a result, a 73,000 s.f. addition to the existing 285,000 s.f. facility was needed to fulfill all educational needs.

ANNIE FISHER MAGNET SCHOOL
The project includes construction of a 20,000 s.f. addition consisting of the following: Library, Computer Lab, Cafeteria, Kitchen, and four new fourth grade classrooms.

GILMARTIN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
The City of Waterbury has hired The Morganti Group, Inc. for Pre-construction and Construction Phase Services associated with the design and construction of a new 76,000 s.f. Elementary School. The New 550 student school will be constructed in the parking area of the existing Gil Martin Elementary School and will replace the present school upon completion.

DANBURY HEADSTART
The project involves the complete renovation to the existing Immanuel Lutheran School. The renovation calls for major upgrades to the existing HVAC system and the installation of new thermally efficient windows. The project objective calls for the modernization of the entire building? floor plan. TOP

NEW YORK COUNTY FAMILY COURT
This project consisted of a four (4) Phase renovation and modernization to this Family Court Facility in lower New York City, while the courts remained operational.

KINGS COUNTY CRIMINAL COURT
The Kings County Criminal Courthouse was built in 1930-1932 to the Renaissance Revival Style design. It has a floor area of 264,000 s.f. in eleven-stories facing Smith, State, and Schermerhorn Streets, and is a steel-framed, concrete-floor and masonry-wall construction. The public interior spaces are deemed to be a landmark quality. The work is for interior renovations and refurbishment are required to achieve LEED Silver rating to approximately 26 original courtrooms, main floor and upper floor lobbies. The court will remain operation during renovations.

RIDGEFIELD PUBLIC LIBRARY
Since the original construction of the Ridgefield Library in 1903, the facility has had three additions through the years. The scope of this project is the demolition of the previous additions along with a second stand-alone structure on the property to make way for the new 39,000 s.f. addition. Also included is historical renovations to the original structure including a new state of the art geothermal heating and cooling system.

MANANCILLARY OFFICE BUILDING
Morganti has been awarded the interior space build-out of approximately 100,000ft of office building shell to be utilized by The School District of Hillsborough County as their Instructional Services Center. The scope of work includes completion of the HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Systems, Gypsum Wall Partitions, Cabinetry/Millwork, Acoustical Ceilings, Paint, Floor Coverings, and Miscellaneous Interior Finishes.

PBC HEALTH DEPARTMENT ADMINISTRATION BUILDING
SPEC SECTIONS The new 92,500sf Palm Beach County Health Department Administration Building has been designed as a 5-story office building space with on-site parking. This 3.53 acre site will house multiple state and county offices and has been designed as a Threshold Building. Centrally located in the heart of downtown West Palm Beach this tight site creates the need for a well-managed site and safety approach Morganti? Specialty.

SAN FRANCISCO FEDERAL OFFICE BUILDING
The new 600,000sf Federal Office Building complex in downtown San Francisco, CA sits on a 3-acre site across the street from the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals Federal Courthouse Building. The project consists of a 19-story office tower with entry lobby, courtrooms, a day-care center, and a 4-story annex with one level of underground parking. The building is blast resistant poured-in-place concrete structure with the annex building being a structural steel structure. It also incorporated a 1-story detached restaurant pavilion building, a covered garden complex, and a ?ky-garden. The building incorporated the LEED energy efficiencies, including an external sunscreen system, ?ave formed concrete decks on the underside of each deck for temperature control by thermal max of the concrete.

KEY WEST INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
SPEC SECTIONS This 50,000sf Addition to the existing Key West Int? Airport will provide approximately 90 new parking spaces on the second parking deck; redesign, resurface and re-stripe approximately 350 existing parking spaces on the ground level; 30,000sf of new floor area on the second level and renovation of 20,000sf of existing terminal space on the ground level.

BAYPORT CRUISE SHIP TERMINAL COMPLEX
The project consists of a new 94,800 SF building with a curve aluminum roof with an exposed pipe truss structural steel and acoustical metal deck system on an auger-cast pile foundation system with grade beams and a retaining wall on the waterfront side of the building, with a pre-engineered canopy system that goes out to the parking lot. The exterior wall system incorporates over 14,000 SF of translucent insulated wall panels, over 15,500 SF of insulated metal sandwich panels and 10,700 SF of curtainwall glazing. The interior finishes will incorporate custom epoxy terrazzo flooring, carpet, ceramic tile and intumescent fireproofing paint. The exterior of the building silhouette has been designed to resemble ocean waves and the canopy high-masts with stainless steel cables represent sail boats on the water. The building is designed to shine like a light house at night with its pure-white interior structure and metal decking, with the ice-blue translucent panels, and the emerald green curtain wall and metal wall panels.
